Potentials should consider what they are ready to bring to the sisterhood through service, leadership, ideas, consistency, and care. Membership is not only about what you gain. It is also about what you help create.

Recruitment Opens
The official recruitment window begins (August and February). We invite women to explore our mission and values through our online portal.

Interest Form
Complete the interest form to begin your journey. This is your first step toward alignment with our sisterhood.

Private Invitation
Selected candidates receive private invitations to our application process. This is where we begin the formal alignment process.

RUSH & Selection
Final selection occurs during our Diamond RUSH season. We evaluate leadership, service, and alignment with our standards.
